A Dream Baked with Love

Puffy Clouds began with a simple passion.

For us, it began in Bangalore, where life revolved around busy corporate careers. Deepa was an engineering graduate with a growing love for pastry and started baking from home in 2011. What began as a creative hobby soon became a beloved online bakery, with every order bringing us closer to a dream we didn't yet know we shared.

As Deepa honed her skills as a professionally trained pastry chef, Saijan continued his journey as a Creative Director (IBM). Together, we discovered that our love for craftsmanship, creativity, and meaningful experiences could become something truly special—a boutique patisserie where every cake would be thoughtfully designed, handcrafted from scratch, and made with the finest ingredients to celebrate life's most precious moments.

In 2022, we returned home to Kochi and started again from a small kitchen. The overwhelming love and encouragement we received reminded us that dreams are worth beginning more than once.

That journey gave us the courage to make the biggest decision of our lives—to leave the comfort of our corporate careers and dedicate ourselves fully to what we love.

Today, Puffy Clouds is more than a patisserie. It is a dream we chose over comfort, a craft we continue to perfect every day, and our way of making life's happiest moments just a little sweeter. Every cake that leaves our kitchen carries a piece of our story, and we hope it becomes a small part of yours.
